Ripe, round, fresh, juicy palate with creamy acidity and good delicacy. Lime, green apple, chalky, lemon, melon, peach pit, floral, grassy, lees flavours. Finish has a bit of chalk, citrus and oyster. Very pure, balanced and flavourful.
