Ripe, round, dry and smooth with light, grainy tannins and fresh acidity balance. Smoky, peppery, spicy, and meaty, cassis, black cherry, olive, coffee, vanilla, garrigue, tobacco and leather flavours with a touch of cedar and mint. Good finesse but youthful, could use 1-3 years aging or try with grilled beef.
