Hermitage, Northern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceWhite pepper, curry spice, prune, black cherry, liquorice, tobacco, gamey aromas with a hint of smoke and warm rosemary. Dry, tight, structured palate with some youthful tannins and acidity but concentrated. Smoky, roasted pepper, cherry jam, prune, tobacco, garrigue, carrot top, vanilla, roast meat, cedar and tapenade flavours. A very tight, youthful wine now with the structure to age 20 to 25 years.
