Hermitage, Northern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceBlack plum, blackberry, peppery, gamey, curry spicy, barnyard, floral, garrigue, saddle leather aromas. Fresh, round, juicy, dry but elegant palate with some grainy tannin. Peppery, curry, licorice, meaty, black cherry, savoury, floral, roasted pepper, mineral, orange peel and vanilla flavours with a touch of leather and prune. Well-structured palate with fine fruit intensity and acidity. Needs a further 4-7 years to develop in bottle.
