Aloxe-Corton, Côte de Beaune, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceFrom one of the oldest plots, this has spicy, white pepper, nutty, floral, honey, buttery, citrus, green apple skin, and orange aromas. Dry, fresh, elegant and juicy but concentrated and slightly austere now. Nutty, lemon, vanilla, spicy, butter, citrus, green apple flavours with a honey, waxy, lime and peach skin finish. Very dry with high extract but offers finesse and power with vibrancy.
