Louis Jadot Bonnes Mares Grand Cru 2009
Chambolle Musigny, Côtes de Nuits, Côte d'Or, Burgundy, FranceMore from the Chambolle side, this has a spicy, carrot top, cherry, meaty, vanilla, strawberry jam, barnyard, tobacco leaf nose. Dry, round, supple but tannic streak with ripeness and fresh acidity. Cherry, strawberry, vanilla, gamey, waxy, smoky, tobacco, floral flavours. Long, fresh, powerful structure yet it's delicate and deceptive. Will need 10-15 years minimum in bottle before it awakes.Tasted: 06 December 2011Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $315.00 | 750ml | speculative listing - International Cellars |
