Adelaide Hills, Mount Lofty Ranges, Adelaide, South Australia, AustraliaSpicy, rhubarb, black cherry, tobacco, worsteshire, slightly floral aromas with a bit of barnyard and smoky licorice root. Round, dry, fresh, slightly tannic palate with very fresh acidity. Sour cherry, cedar bark, tobacco leaf, herbal, perfume, worsteshire, vanilla flavours. Finish is quite lean and sour.
