Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaIce Cuvée is an easy-sipping bubble with a dose of icewine to smooth out the palate. A traditional sparkler, its green apple skin flavours and bright acidity get a dose of ice wine 'honey' that softens the mid-palate and finish and adds a bit of weight.
