Jacob's Creek St Hugo Cabernet Sauvignon 2004

Coonawarra, South Australia, AustraliaBig black olive, smoky, coffee bean, tobacco leaf, peppery, green bean aromas. Dry, round, smooth but slightly tart and hollow palate. Vanilla, coffee, peppery, green olive, cassis, smoky, herbal, caraway, tobacco, resiny flavours. It's Coonawarra but it really needs a big juicy steak to balance out the cool, lean tart finish.Tasted: 03 November 2011Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
