Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandSpicy, nutty, leesy, grapefruit, baked green apple, gooseberry, slightly smoky, passion fruit, and buttery aromas. Dry, fresh, tight, slightly austere but full palate. Grapefruit, passion fruit, jalapeno, grassy, lemon, leesy, nutty, nettle flavours. Good intensity and complexity with the lees and wild yeast work but finish is a bit austere.
