Comox Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaA lovely fresh floral nose of honey, citrus and butter. The attack is similar with citrus and ripe tropical fruit notes fore, and bit of burnt butter aft. A solid effort that if anything could be a bit drier. Would be fun with a spicy tuna roll.
