Western Georgia, GeorgiaSappy, menthol, tobacco leaf, riparian, black cherry, rooty, smoky game aromas, a bit like Foch. Somewhat sweet, fresh, astringent palate with leafy, peppery, plum, tomato, herbal, smoky, gamey, tobacco flavours. Rustic and on the herbaceous side at this point, needs a few years to soften.
