Vin de Pays d'Oc, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceMeaty, rooty, liquorice, gamey, leather, barnyard aromas. Round, dry, supple palate with fresh acidity. Liquorice, meaty, gamey, smoky, herbal, tobacco, black cherry flavours. Good intensity but somewhat reduced, give it a bit of air-time in a decanter to clean up the nose.
