Beaujolais, Burgundy, FranceSpicy, meaty, leesy, floral, cherry, red plum, mineral and licorice root aromas with a strong Band-Aid streak. Fresh, supple, elegant and juicy dry palate. Chalky, cherry, cranberry, gamey, smoky leather, tobacco, Band-Aid and celery salt flavours. Good freshness and fruit but has a strong streak of Brettanomyces for such a young wine.
