Minervois, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceYou don't see a lot of Minervois blanc but we like the effort given only a little over 5 per cent of all Minervois is white. Look for a warm tropical fruit nose with bits of fig and citrus. If we have one complaint it tastes warmer than its labelled 12.5 alcohol.
