Cotes de Gascogne, Sud-Ouest, FranceJaja is the local dialect for house wine or everyday wine. In this case it is a lip smacking grassy fresh citrus sauvignon that sees no wood and is released after six months in stainless steel. White flowers and lemon green leaf and refreshing tart acidity make it the perfect oyster wine. In fact, any shellfish will do.
