Hand harvested, each lot is fermented and kept separated until blending. The wine is aged on tirage for five years at the winery before it is hand disgorged and topped up for another six months in bottle. Expect a vibrant nose of white fruits pear and peaches with bits of spice and a toasted nut character and creamy finish. The blend is 49/49/2 chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier.
