Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandA solid mid-weight sauvignon that has bracing, crunchy acidity throughout. Think food. Expect citrus, herbal passion fruit flavours with a zingy under carriage and notes of minerality. Well made an easily adaptable to most West Coast fresh seafood menu items.
