Valdeorras, Galicia, SpainSpanish winemaker Telmo Rodriguez specialises in ancient local grape varieties enter Gaba do Xil. The grape is 100 per cent godello grown on old granite soils in the region Valdeorras. The wine is rich and intense with big aromas of pear and melons. The plate is equally rich with waxy textures and more mineral pear flavours.
