Jacob's Creek Steingarten Riesling 2006
Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaPale yellow colour. Maturing nose of wax, petrol, Vaseline, lime, cream, oatmeal, ginger, aromas. Dry, fresh, austere but elegant style with good acidity balance. Nutty, floral, petrol, Vaseline, lime, creamy, ginger, smoky, slate flavours. Fine elegance but it's a more austere, mature style that won't appeal to everyone.Tasted: 10 August 2011Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:NF | $35.00 | 750ml |
