Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaPale yellow colour. Maturing nose of wax, petrol, Vaseline, lime, cream, oatmeal, ginger, aromas. Dry, fresh, austere but elegant style with good acidity balance. Nutty, floral, petrol, Vaseline, lime, creamy, ginger, smoky, slate flavours.
