Graves, Bordeaux, FranceCedar, tobacco leaf, green olive, spicy, meaty, peppery, black cherry aromas. Dry, light, somewhat tart palate with light tannins. Smoky, earthy, olive, cassis, cedar, resin, leather flavours. Try this with roast beef.
