Veneto, ItalyIl Vino dell'Amore Petalo Moscato is a white sparkling wine with a refined aromatic sweet nose reminiscent of roses. The fruit is grown in the Euganean Hills in the Veneto province of Padua over sedimentary rocks rich in minerals. The fermentation occurs with the addition of selected yeasts using the Martinotti method. The resulting wine is quite low in alcohol (6,5%) with a high level of residual sugar. The wine remains fresh, with spicy, floral, peach, mineral aromas. The style is sweet but delicate with fine acidity. More orange, peach, green apple and mineral flavours mark the palate.
