Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesBright black cherry jam with spicy, black raspberry, floral, peppery, mocha, herbal tobacco aromas. Very aromatic and flowery with a supple palate and fully ripe tannins. Spicy, smoky, coffee, black cherry, menthol, cedar, black olive and cardamom. Very warm but has good acidity and intensity. Just coming into its own now. Try this with lamb or a roast beeef.
