Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaApple skin, light lees, citrus, baked pear, butter and light vanilla aromas. Fresh, juicy, crisp palate but with a somewhat sweet note. Honey, butter, popcorn, green apple, pear, grapefruit flavours. Finish is a bit warm, and sweet and sour, with buttery notes. Needs another six months to fully integrate in the bottle. Try this with fresh halibut and a fruit salsa.Tasted: 24 July 2011Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
