Corbières, Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceA delicious certified organically grown 40/25/20/15 blend of syrah/grenache/mourvèdre and carignan all grown within the Corbières. Love the clean, fresh nose of dark fruits with bits of earthy, dried herbs. The plate is awash in smooth black fruits, cherries and blackberries with a rich but balanced finished. Impressive young organic red that will improve in the bottle through 2015. Roasted meats, duck, even grilled chicken will work here.
