Ogier Gigondas Oratorio 2009

Crozes Hermitage, Northern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceThis is getting tiresome. The 2009 vintage, the village of Gigondas, and a delicious, inky supple mineral red fruit flavoured red from the Rhone. Look for smoky red cherry fruit aromas mixed with chocolate, spicy, blueberry and Christmas cake with milk chocolate notes. Intense and rich and powerful this is a keeper and very good value too. Impressive.Tasted: 21 May 2011Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
