San Juan, ArgentinaMeaty, inky, black cherry, tobacco, resin, rooty, pencil lead aromas. Dry, tight, full palate with black cherry, coffee, resin, tobacco, resin, smoky herb, tobacco, inky flavours. A bit rustic and dry but has good extract. Needs a year or two to soften or grilled meats.
