Westside Red Troublemaker Blend 1 NV

Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County, Central Coast, California, United StatesWestside Red is a 53/37/10 Paso Robles blend of syrah, mourvèdre and grenache all hand selected Templeton Gap fruit by winemaker Austin Hope. There is no vintage because it's a blend too: 2007 and 2008 barrel aged fruit with fresh juicy 2009. You will love its smoky, sultry, peppery fruit nose and soft silky black cherry fruit. The palate is soft and sippable with bits of chocolate cherry and vanilla in the finish. A mid-week Châteauneuf du Pape for immediate drinking.Tasted: 12 March 2011Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
