Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileFloral, grassy, green apple, citrus, nettle, spicy, pear aromas. Dry, crisp, elegant, and creamy palate with juicy acidity. Grassy, green apple, mineral, spicy lees, lime, pear and grapefruit flavours with a touch of butter on the finish. A fresh, elegant, more refined and citrusy style with some length. The Casablanca influence is strong here as is the hand of owners Laroche in establishing something akin to Chablis. A bright future here.
