Valle de Casablanca, Region de Aconcagua, ChileA new, more refined style in this latest edition with baked apple, pear, honey, floral, butter, vanilla and orange aromas. Ripe, fresh, juicy, slightly oily palate with a hint of sweetness. Ripe peach, baked pear, honey, pineapple, butter, vanilla, spicy lees flavours with a touch of butterscotch and citrus on the finish. Much less oak and better fruit and acidity management here than in the past.
