Cassini Cellars Maximus Collector's Series 2008
Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOpen menthol, peppery, herbal nose with meaty, smoky, cassis, cedar aromas. The palate is dry and warm with slightly dry/ tannic notes. Look for smoky oak, coffee, cassis, black pepper, cedar, resin, vanilla and tobacco leaf flavours. Good concentration but finish is very youthful and rustic with tannins to shed.
