Rioja, SpainGood cherry colour. Meaty, gamey, prune plum, cherry jam, light Band-Aid, resin, tobacco, cigar, black olive, coffee, cedar, dried sage aromas. Rich, round, ripe, supple but fresh and elegant palate. Cherry, orange, prune, tobacco, leather, meaty, menthol, resin, cooked carrot, barnyard, peppery flavours. Good intensity and length in a drier style with only a light level of Brett. Drink now or over the next five years.
