Aragon, SpainPeppery, meaty, plum, cassis, cedar, floral, liquorice root, saddle leather aromas with a bit of resin and dried herbs. Dry, tight, full, fresh palate with light tannins. Big cherry jam, cassis, spicy, cedar, tobacco, gamey, coffee, peppery flavours with a cranberry, vanilla and crushed herb finish. This is still a bit youthful but can drink now with pork or game.
