The palate is similarly styled with fresh red fruit and watermelon notes and an underlying brush of citrus and red berry fruit. Like the brut blanc it has an enticing creamy palate that adds a touch of class the palate from front to back. It is made from a selection of vintages and a blend of mostly pinot noir with chardonnay.
