Yecla, Valencia and Murcia, SpainThe organic version of Castaño has drier nose with spice, cedar, tobacco and chocolate with an earthier underside of plums, barnyard and game. Ripe, round, supple, fresh palate with very light tannins. Chocolate, cherry jam, plum, leather, smoky, earthy, savoury, meaty flavours.
