Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMeaty, spicy, savoury, peppery, black berry, liquorice, resin, slightly smoky sage and coffee aromas. Round, dry, slightly tart palate with light, tight tannins. Coffee, peppery, meaty, smoky, vanilla, cedar, rooty, meaty, blackberry, resin, poultry spice flavours.
