Round, supple, dry, elegant, fresh palate with black cherry, meaty, peppery, licorice, spicy, mineral flavours. Good solid balance and style for food. Good value. Domaine Notre Dame sits between the appellations of the Cotes du Rhone and Cotes du Vivarais.
