Viticulturalist Eddy Del Popolo employs a 'spring' pruning technique to successfully delay the growing season one month and shifting the ripening time into cooler weather. Look for bright yellow grapefruit, intense gooseberry and light mineral, bell pepper aromas. Fresh juicy entry with nettle, lime, gooseberry fruit and just a squeeze of citrus and asparagus.
