Valdepeñas, Castilla-La Mancha, SpainTempranillo now at the end of its life. The fruit is soft and fading giving way to resin and earthy notes with bits of oak and old vanilla in the backend. The finish is dry and showing some rustic tannins calling for some lamb or beef.
