Product of CanadaGaragiste is a blend of Lake County fruit dominated by cabernet sauvignon at 82 per cent with bits of cabernet franc, petit syrah and petite verdot. The nose is I slightly volatile with lifted cassis flavours mixed with resin and super spicy black cherry fruit all with some acidity poking through the end.
