Product of CanadaThe GSM or grenache, syrah, mourvèdre is soft and open and opulent on the nose. Like most of the wines there is a double dose of spicy oak upfront and chunky tannins underneath. The peppery black fruit and spicy liquorice flavours distract you on the mid-palate but the dryness returns in the back end. Dry and slightly disjointed it needs time to pull together.
