Monte Xanic Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2006
Guadalupe, Baja California, MexicoOpen oaky vanilla nose with bits of chocolate and black fruits. The attack is a mix of herbaceous tobacco and cassis fruit with fairly rough angular tannins and a substantial amount of heat in the finish. Big chunky rustic red form another era. Best with barbecued beef. Not cheap. Tasted: 06 December 2010Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $36.00 | 750ml | speculative listing - Ramirez Investment Group |
