Luigi Bosca Malbec Single Vineyard 2007
Luján de Cuyo, Northern Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaThe Bosca single vineyard malbec comes from the "La Linda" site in Vistalba, about 960 m above sea level. The nose jumps from the glass with sweet, ripe, black currant fruit aromas lashed with minerality and spice. It spends a full 14 months in French oak and another year in the bottle before release. The palate is full and rich with savoury, ripe plum fruit with bits of mocha and floral minerality.Tasted: 19 December 2010Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $32.00 | 750ml | speculative listing - Pacific Wines & Spirits |
