J Vineyards Pinot Noir Nonny's Vineyard 2007
Russian River, Sonoma County, California, United StatesA fairly large 70-acre vineyard of a bit warmer and heavier style Yolo soil. Floral, cherry jam, spicy, plum, vanilla, coffee, celery, barnyard, compost aromas. Round, ripe, rich, warm and intense but supple palate. Big spicy vanilla, black cherry, raspberry, celery, coffee, carrot, tobacco flavours. A bit too warm on the finish but lots of fruit intensity and structure.
