Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaHester Creek is really starting to strut its stuff with this pinot grigio. The nose is an enticing mix of pear/honey and apple with a crisp fresh underlying acidity. The flavours are very much the same with more citrus and mouth-watering red apple notes. We can't wait to taste the next version made at the new winery. Still finished under cork it remains the Achilles heel of what is a well-made white.
