Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSmoky, roasted bell pepper, vanilla, rooty nosed with savoury, herbal, meaty, barnyard aromas. Round, supple, somewhat tart and hollow mid-palate. Smoky, floral, black cherry, peppery, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, roasted herbs, bell pepper, tobacco leaf flavours. Finish is a bit warm, oaky and green but it should improve with 1-2 years more bottle age.
