Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNamed for two owls who patrol the vineyard it also aptly fits the owner Bill Eggert' s opinion on wine media; as mostly he doesn't give two hoots what we think; a likely healthy attitude. The cabernet merlot blend will surprise with its sweet smoky fruity nose flecked with dried herbs. The palate is a carbon copy of the nose with a savoury fruity undercurrent with slightly rustic tannins that need another year or two bottle age to completely fade. Love the weight, structure, style and ripeness.
