There's nothing fancy here but the eye of the partridge colour is intriguing and its sweet, fruit-forward bubble slides down easily if it finishes a bit dry. This will be hit before any party when served well chilled with some grilled prawns. The blend is a mix of sémillon, traminer, shiraz and frontignac.
