South Eastern Australia, AustraliaYellow tail has always been about fun and while some wines have been less than impressive of late, the whites and this sparkler ffor the price have impressed this writer. Bubbles is tank-fermented, hence the affordable price but its creamy fresh tropical fruit flavours with bits of peach, baked apple and honey get the job done.
