Peppery, earthy, Oxo, barnyard, saddle leather, waxy, cassis, plum, black olive, cedar, meaty, gamey aromas. Dry, round, supple with fresh acidity but finesse. Red currant, earthy, tobacco, smoky, dried herb, cherry, minty, barnyard, leather and cedar flavours.
